We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through this website and in providing phone services, and what we do with it.
What we collect on this website
The enquiry form. When you send it, we collect the name, email address, phone number, business name and message you give us. We also record the page you sent it from, the page that brought you to the site, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the internet address your connection used and the type of browser. We use these to reply to you, to keep a record of the enquiry and to see which pages bring enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not put you on a newsletter or a marketing list.
Phone bills you send us. A phone bill shows your account details, your numbers and usually the numbers you have called. We use it only to prepare your quote and to plan moving your numbers. If you do not go ahead, you can ask us to delete it.
Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Cloudflare's handling of that check is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page opens.
What we hold as your phone provider
To run your phone system we hold the names, extensions and numbers of your users, records of the calls made and received, voicemail, and the configuration of your system. Where you ask us to record calls, we also hold the recordings and their transcripts, for the period we agree with you. If you use calling in Microsoft Teams, those calls also pass through Microsoft's services. We use this only to provide the service, to support it and to meet our legal obligations.
Marketing
We send marketing email only to businesses that are or have recently been clients, and only about services relevant to them, under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and we honour it. We never sell or share our list.
Storage and security
Information is held on systems we manage and in cloud services we use, protected by access controls, multi-factor authentication and backup. This site and its enquiry form are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so what you send is encrypted on its way to us. We keep enquiry records for as long as they are relevant to a relationship with you, and client records for as long as the law requires.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email privacy@allmanagedit.com.au or write to 2/36 Jijaws St, Sumner QLD 4074. We answer within a reasonable time, normally 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
