Send us your phone bill
We will tell you what you would pay with us, in writing, with no obligation. If your current deal is already good we will say so.
Most phone quotes ask you to guess how many minutes you use. We would rather read your last few bills and size it properly, because that is the number that decides what you pay.
Why the same team matters
When a call drops, there is one help desk to ring
If your phones and your IT come from different providers, a problem that touches both becomes an argument about whose fault it is. Ours are the same people, and phone problems our monitoring detects arrive as tickets in the same help desk.
The alerts come to us, not to you
We check the things that actually fail, every fifteen minutes, and the alerts come to us rather than waiting for you to notice. What we watch for has the detail.
What you get
Desk phones, or no phones at all
Yealink desk and cordless handsets if you want them. If your staff would rather use a laptop or their mobile, the softphone works in a browser or as an app, and most offices end up with a mix.
Microsoft Teams calling
If your staff already live in Teams, we can set up calling in Teams on your business numbers.
Auto attendants, queues and ring groups
A menu for callers, a queue so callers wait for the next person rather than hearing a busy tone, groups that ring the right desks, and different behaviour after hours, on public holidays, or whenever you flip a switch.
Call recording, transcribed on our own server
Call recording, with transcription that runs on our own server in Sydney rather than being sent to a third-party service, set up per client where it is needed.
Keeping your numbers
This is the first thing most people ask, and reasonably: a business number on the door, on the vans and in ten years of search results is not something to risk. Your numbers move with you, and a 1300 can stay with its current provider and forward to us. We will not quote a porting timeframe on this page: it depends on who holds the number today, and we say what to expect once we have seen your bill.
How keeping your numbers works
Month to month
No lock-in contract. If we stop being worth it, leave.
We mention it because the alternative is common, and because a three year contract is how a phone provider stops having to be good.
Phones and internet together
About a third of the businesses who sign for our phones take their internet from us too. The reason is simple: phones run over the internet, so when the connection goes, so do the calls. If both come from us, there is nobody to blame and nobody to chase.
