One company, four names
ServerFree Pty Ltd (ABN 43 143 449 781) trades as All Managed IT, Fonica, All Internet and Techjar. The company was founded in Brisbane by Bryce Telfer, and All Managed IT has looked after Brisbane businesses since 2011.
Fonica exists because our IT clients kept having to ring someone else when the phones failed, and the someone else kept blaming us. Now the phones, the internet and the IT come from one team.

Our head office is at 2/36 Jijaws St, Sumner, in Brisbane's western suburbs, and we look after businesses across the city.
How we work
We read the bill
We size your plan from your own bills rather than asking you to guess, and we tell you in writing what you would pay. If your current deal is already good, we say so.
We say it plainly
Our clients run medical practices and offices, not phone systems. If we cannot explain something in a sentence, we have not understood it.
We say what we do not know
Some answers depend on someone else, such as how long a carrier takes to move a number. We tell you that rather than guess, and we find out for your numbers.
We do not name-drop
We do not name clients without their written consent, and we do not quote reviews we did not earn.
