What you pay each month
One price for every user
Each person with a number or an extension is one user, and every user on a plan is the same price, whether they use a desk phone, the app or both. Add a starter and it goes up by one user; a leaver and it goes down.
A call pack sized from your bills
Calls to local, national and mobile numbers come from a capped monthly pack. Most phone quotes ask you to guess how many minutes you use. We read your last three or four bills and size the pack from what you actually call, and the quote shows how we sized it. Calls outside the pack are charged at the rates set out in the quote.
What you pay once
Setup. A one-off charge for each user, set out in the quote. Porting your numbers is its own line.
Handsets, if you want them. Handset prices move with our supplier's costs, so we price them on the day we quote rather than on a page that would be out of date by next week. Staff who use the app need no handset at all.
What can be added
- A number range, if you want a block of numbers rather than one or two.
- Call reporting, as an optional module.
- Call recording with transcription, on the lines that need it. See call recording.
- International calls, quoted for the countries you call.
What is not included
So there are no surprises later, the quote says plainly what it does not cover:
- Your internet. The phones need it, but it is a separate service. We can quote it alongside; see phones and internet.
- Cabling and network switches in your office, including the switches that power desk phones through the network cable.
- Headsets.
- Your 1300 number. It can stay with its current provider and forward to us. See keeping your numbers.
- Fax, unless the quote lists it.
- Work outside the quote, which is charged by the hour.
No lock-in, in practice
There is no fixed term. The service runs month to month, so you are never paying out the rest of a contract to leave. If we stop being worth it, you can go, and your numbers can move to your next provider the same way they moved to us.
Comparing quotes
Compare the whole cost, not one line. The cost of an old phone system is often spread across several bills: the lines, the calls and the maintenance on the system itself. Send us all of them and we will compare like with like.
